Once we have the documents in your case-specific database we create custom indexes by manually coding or by using the documents’ meta-data. Special coding fields can be added upon request and as needed. After your documents have been coded we create an index which lists several key fields about the documents such as a description, page count and document ID. This allows both you and us to know what has been provided and added to our database. The index is also searchable which is helpful in larger productions.
