If the deposition was videographed then we convert the video into a high quality format and synchronize it. Deposition sychronization matches the video to the transcript which us to play specific portions of testimony. You can designate a portion of the transcript to be played for the jury and they get to hear the the witness respond in his/her own voice. This is a much more engaging way to present deposition testimony. Additionally, we can play the video and display the transcript text at the same time which reinforces the witnesses testimony. Clips made from synchronized depositions canned be used for impeachment, refreshing recollection and in-lieu of live testimony.
